Hotel was fully booked. We arrived and checked-in at 5:30. Went to the room and the cleaning crew was in the hallway. The room wasn't cleaned yet. Nice lady jumped on the task and had us in the room in 20 minutes.

The "dog park" was unsafe for dogs. There were multiple areas in the fencing that had holes allowing for dogs to escape and or cut themselves. My dog did go inside the park, but only in a leash.

The front desk staff were nice. The property itself was so far below what I’ve come to expect from a hotel, much less a Hampton. Coffee dispensers on broken table with broken and shattered glass. Worn and scuffed and dirty walls, elevator, eating area. Lobby was just worn and dirty and cluttered with stuff. Beds were barely made and bedskirts left wherever they caught and falling off. So terribly disappointed!

This likely is the best hotel in Adel. Pretty typical Hampton Inn with an a/c unit as loud as a jet engine. There are very poor dining options in area, I’d rather have stayed 25 miles north or south in Tifton or Valdosta. Desk staff was excellent.

Other than hot water temperature for bathing/washing was only lukewarm and self-service breakfast was out of scrambled eggs for 20-30 minutes and most of the bread/bakery items were not available one hour before the end of breakfast service, we enjoyed our annual stay at this property very much.

Our room had a very bad mold smell. We wanted to move to another room but they stated they don’t have any and can’t do anything about it. Still trying to get a refund with no luck. The whole building had a bad smell.
