We traveled with our dog and our stay was comfortable for all of us. There was a decent area for our dog to use the bathroom and a large enough area on the lot to walk her around. The staff was pleasant from check in to check out. There was a variety of choices for breakfast of sausage, eggs, bread/bagels/muffins, oatmeal and cereal, waffles, juice and coffee.

The staff members that I checked in with were above and beyond very helpful and kind and very sweet persons. I’m sorry can’t remember there names but one had a disability in one hand and he had one of the staff lady assist us with issue in our room. They were super helpful and kind and example of excellent customer service.

The property is easily accessible to the 101. The place is going through renovation so there is construction inside from 10am-6pm. There is a shortage of staff. The front desk was understanding when I asked to switch to a quiet room- the freeway was directly adjacent. My new room was directly underneath the old one and due to construction down the hallway was dusty. I was sneezing constantly during the night.

Everything was fine with the exception of all the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower beomg completely empty. Of course you don't find out until youre already in the shower and can't do anything about it.

Pros: staff was excellent and tried so hard to accommodate our request for a quiet room.
Con’s:
Unfortunately,the 1st room the AC unit was right outside our window and we didn’t sleep at all the 1st night. They moved us the next day but the freeway could be heard from that room. There really aren’t any “quiet” rooms at this hotel. It also could use an update.the carpets were very worn and our shower stained. But like I said the staff very polite,cheerful and tried they’re best to make things work for us!

One night family stay. Room was ok, only problem was there was a bad smell in the bathroom when we checked in and the nightstand was dirty. You could tell it hadn't been wiped down. I didnt complain but hopefully maid service will be more thorough in future. The free breakfast was really good and the employees were kind.

The room was clean although there was a few ants in the bathroom, the shower water pressure was not that good but overall the bathroom was big with walk in shower,the bed was comfortable for me but not for my wife, the pillows are another story that needs improvement, the front desk was friendly and gave us bottled water, we did not have the free breakfast we slept in, the room was also missing the smoke alarm only the wires were sticking out of wall where smoke detector was supposed to be. Overall i was stay again.

I would give 3.5 overall. Rooms were nice spacious, staffs were nice, checkin check out was hassle free, I also reduced my stay by 1 night without any hiccups as my plan changed.
Breakfast was included and plenty of options available. One cons I noticed is the bathrooms doesn’t have any ventilation switch, or was it automatic I don’t know.

We were placed near the end where construction is under way. Although there was plastic sheeting hanging to keep dust out, the floor in the hallway was pretty dirty. There was also some construction noise. The staff was kind and conscientious. Breakfast was a plus.
