Great location, easy to scooter, walk or Uber to so much in Austin. The breakfast was good and the balcony off the dining room was a nice outdoor option for eating.

Location, location, location! The Hampton is the perfect spot for the convention center, shopping, restaurants and Moody Theater = all were walkable!
The Hampton was also beautiful, clean and provided a great breakfast!
Excellent stay and we will be back!

Despite the hotel’s cleanliness, the exorbitant valet parking fee was a significant inconvenience. During a severe snowstorm, the main lobby and the second-floor breakfast area were noticeably cold and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were wearing parka jackets, which further underscored the lack of adequate heating. The daily parking fee amounted to nearly $66 per night.

The day after I checked into the hotel, housekeeping knocked on my door despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the latch. When I didn’t respond, the housekeeper used a master key card to open the door. I was near the door, so I held it shut and asked why they were entering. The housekeeper explained they believed I was checking out and needed to clean the room. I clarified that I had just checked in and wasn’t leaving for two more days. It turned out they had been given the wrong room number. Aside from this mix-up, my day was good.

Room was very nice....bed comfortable! Bathroom clean and nice amenities! Good breakfast each morning 🌞! Wish there was a microwave IN the room!! Very inconvenient to have to travel to the second floor to heat up something and back to the room. Not much to do downtown in terms of shopping or anything. Several restaurants in the area. Lots of homeless in the area...but all in all ...nice hotel.

My wife and I stayed here when attending a show at the Comedy Mothership. It’s a great location, valet parking was reasonable and convenient and the comedy club is a 10 minute walk away.
Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only exception was the included breakfast which was definitely underwhelming.
All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever back in Austin would book here again.

The room was nice but they need to disclose that valet parking is the only parking available and it 59 dollars per night on top of the room rate and fees. The breakfast sausage was like boiled sausage and not even browned. Could have been a lot better for the price per night.

Nice room, clean and renovated. Staff not so friendly when interacting with the guests. The US$ 59.00 per night (+tax) to park your car at the property (they only offer valet) was the terrible part of my experience. I will think twice before coming back to this hotel just because of the parking fee. Other than this it is a nice place to stay. Good free Continental breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay. I will say the only downfall which i understand was there was only valet parking. You can go in & out but it is extra fee starting at $59 dollars.
