Very nice room, and freshly cleaned. The only improvement would be to offer better pillows. The ones we had were not very comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast as well, and the coffee was excellent.

I went to our room and the door looked like .someone tried to break in the door...so i went down srairs to get another room. The next day after breakfast we went back to our room and could not get back in....had to go down staires and get the key re programed...wasn t crazy about the breakfast either. I was disappointed. I thought i was going to a 4 star not a 2 star...

I was in a handicapped room. I’m not sure why. There were 2 beds but I requested a king. It didn’t really matter. There was way too much noise in the hallway with loud talking and doors slamming. It didn’t get quiet until after 10pm.

The only complaint about the room was that it was noisy due to the constant traffic on the nearby interstate. Some thing should be done to make the room more soundproof from the constant traffic.

This property was nice, but hard to get to and sometimes noisy because room was on highway side. The breakfast was good and they had a full bar for nighttime. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very nice.

We were in room #427…The odd numbered rooms back onto Interstate 81 which is popular for truckers. Let’s just say we didn’t get a restful sleep despite the comfortable bed!

My family and I had a great time at the property. Their customer service was excellent and they were able to assist us. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the facilities, like limited access of body wash and towels.

All the Hampton Inns are great. This is the very first time my bed was at a level I didn't have to jump on to get in. I'm 4'11' and that's always been an issue. Very comfortable beds and a very roomy room.
