Everything was great, the room was clean and fully stocked. The elevators were down due to being maintenanced which was not an issue for me and it was posted on the site when booking. There was several options for breakfast which was a plus.

We had a great stay until we left then upon check out we got accused of breaking the tv which we did not. After a full day of emails back and forth over the $250 charge the manager did take it off. Make sure you take photos of the room before you check out. It was very stressful but thank God the truth did prevail and we were not charged

This is great value. Clean, comfortable, free parking, WiFi and breakfast with a pool and fitness facilities. All we can ask for!

The property ahs been having issues witht eh elevator but we were not told that as they were working upon check in but check out had to take suit cases down from the top floor

El hotel es perfecto muy limpio pero la piscina no esta en servicio , y yo rente con muchos meses d anticipacion solo por la piscina porque iba a tener mis nietos. Y llego y me dicen q la piscina esta en mantenimiento y parece q desde hace tiempo no funciona trate de cancelar la reserva pero el hotel no lo permitio… me dijeron que llamara a hotels para relocacion y la sra me dijo q en el app de hotels.com no figura la piscina como amenities pero entonces x q tienen fotos del piscina??? Me parecio injusta la respuesta de la señora de hotels.com Mis nietos quedaron super tristes y mi esposo y yo muy disgustados

Dirty room, never cleaned during 3 night stay. Towel bar broken off, leaky shower, dirty carpet, stained. Broken elevator, breakfast area was dirty, food was not fresh.

Receptionist wasn't professional. She was hanging out in the dark in the eating area. One time when we entered she was actually reclined on the bench on her phone. She did get up to greet us, but she wasnt near the receptionist phone. The elevator needed an employee to escort us up and down the elevator. We were instructed to call the front desk when we need to come down the elevator.
