Room carpet and sheets were “damp” ; shower was dirty on door tracks ; musty

The room are being up graded. They need to upgrade the carpets and bathrooms I’m sure once it’s done it will be nice

Loved the lady that did the breakfast she was wonderful. Really sweet and she was a wonderful employee. Anything we wanted she was right on it. She loves her job and it shows.

Loved the location close to some nice restaurants. They are remodeling the half of the third floor. I said that to say they are very quiet you never heard anything. It is close to Parris Island if that is the reason for your visit.

The hotel was clean rooms and bathrooms were very clean well maintained. The staff were all phenomenal. Breakfast was amazing and very well presented.

We came in with our service dog. I explained what her duty is and was told that she is not eligible to be a service dog. That lady behind the desk charged my credit card with USD 75 without asking for permission. After a costumer service center call from Hilton after my complaint that issue was fixed. Then we went into our room to find out that it was very dirty, dust all over the place and hair from someone else in the bathroom sink. So we had to go back to the front desk to ask for a clean room. Lucky enough we had taken pictures ‚to proof’ why we wanted a new room. We got into the new room that had a huge wet spot on the carpet..we assume the cleaning staff dropped a bottle full of some detergent on the floor…the hotel is outdated and dirty. The breakfast is ok. As a Hilton Gold Member we are used to stay in hotels of the Hilton Group. We do not recommend the Hampton Inn Beaufort, would rather stay in a competitor's hotel in the area.

Exercise room bike broken, microwave off, bad breakfast....not much left, even with an hour to go. Short staffed, or just not catching up....just not together, even with coffee and hot water.

Our stay was great. The breakfast was very tasteful, our room & bed were very clean. The sofa looked liked someone tried to clean it. Not clean enough for us to sit on, so I asked cleaning staff for an extra sheet. I used it to cover sofa. The staff were very nice and friendly. Would come here again.

The room was clean & staff friendly. Best hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. Fresh fruit, homemade oatmeal with toppings, waffles, breads, plus egg, sausage & potatoes. Cookies were available upon check in & popcorn through the day. Very nice & clean towels & sheets. Comfortable & spacious bed. Met our needs.

It was okay that sheets weren't changed for our 4 day stay but I think towels, supplies and trash disposal should have been done more often. Also, please put an awning or some kind of shade covering over the pool area! Cement and hand rails were very hot!

Breakfast bar and it’s to go bags for early risers. Pool too small. Can find no phone number on sites to connect with hotel.

We visited this hotel on 2023 and it was horrible. However, this year was a complete turn around. Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping was great. Kitchen staff friendly. We like this hotel because they offer a pool, breakfast is included, and the price is reasonable!

Great location on the water. Quiet. Great staff. Clean rooms.

There appears to be mold on the bathroom wall. I had to clean dried poo off of the toilet paper holder. I didn’t call the front desk because the girl who checked us in, Stephanie, was less than helpful with any questions I asked at check-in. Day 2 of our stay the orange juice and apple juice were pouring water. I asked the attendant who said she’d check it out but she never did. We paid $200 per night for this. We paid Hampton Inn to give us ridiculously bad customer service. It was giving ‘it’s not my job’ vibes. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn EVER!

The moss in the trees had many spiders coming out of them
