Great place, super clean, and very helpful staff.

Our room was very clean! We had a minor issue with the power blowing when we used the hair dryer but it was quickly taken care of. We would stay there again!

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. This is a beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. Proximity is close to transportation so you can enjoy a short ride to tourist attractions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by security which made us feel safe. The hotel provided fast and easy check-in to our room upon arrival. This was the highlight of our stay as it allowed us to start exploring the City. The spacious room was clean, bright with large windows, and had a luxurious walk-in shower, with ample hot water. Each room provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, mini fridge, and coffee maker. We took advantage of the hot breakfast every morning, with no issues finding seating. A friendly worker kept the seating area clean and ready for guests each morning. Every area of the hotel was clean and inviting. The pool area was well-kept and offered towels. The fitness center was large and clean. There is a laundry facility available as well. It too was clean but we did not use the facility. Overall the hotel appeared newly renovated and a pleasure to stay at. I would highly recommend it to visitors.

Nice room, but it was small and expensive. Wood flooring in bathroom was delaminating and looked bad.

Clean and convenient

My husband and I had a quick trip to chicago this past weekend! We had such a perfect stay at the Hampton! Room and bathroom were very clean, bed were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing stay, definitely looking forward to next time!

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to unprofessional and unhelpful staff, poor customer service, and inadequate cleanliness. Despite reaching out to corporate, no action was taken. Regrettably, I will not be returning.

The property was unique, it was not my first time staying at a property with the reception desk not on the traditional ground floor, however it did catch me off guard and I found this exotic.

Everything was pretty much perfect besides the price of the room being super high because of Lollapalooza. The shower had a small amount of mold on the caulk, and the water pressure wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t terrible either.
