The room was filled with water damage and mold. The sheets were dirty and the toilet kept clogging. Staff was helpful when asked for assistance but the room was moldy!

Floors were terrible. Bathroom had cracks in wall, tv was old, had two lines going vertically in tv screen. Mattress was not comfortable.
Noisy outside in parking lot in middle of night, next door occupants played tv until after midnight too loud

Room was great. Staff was great. Facility was being renovated so limited access to things like fitness area and pool. Not a major issue and obviously not long term once they finish. The location just doesn’t have much of anything around it. Two gas stations and a McDonald’s. Not the hotel’s fault obviously.

The hotel was okay but it was under construction and as a pregnant person I didn't appreciate the under construction part. Also, our toilet was all jammed and we had to plunge it to get it sorted! Not to mention the manager lady was very unfriendly and not warm at all! Also, secondary door lock was broken and it was open all the time. That's a huge safety issue right there. The breakfast was the only think which was alright so I am rating 3 star generously!
