The rooms are very clean.
We asked to move so we were not right by the highway
and was surprised that there was not a heated bathroom seat in the room we moved to.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff, especially Jessica, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We called ahead to request a quiet room due to my migraines, and Jessica went above and beyond to find us the perfect, peaceful room. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had great water pressure and reliable internet. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel’s convenient location, with shopping areas within walking distance, was a major plus. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Travelers Rest, SC

All the staff was great! Appreciated Jackie and Marylyn the most. They made our stay after hurricane as easy as possible when we didn’t have anywhere else to go.

Property is newly constructed and there are misses. No sound proofing windows on the highway side lots road niuse. Electrical installation iffy - usb and outlet ports not working temperature control cannot be managed goes from 65 to 100 and cannot raise electrical curtains.
Room big and clean beds and bedding excellent bathroom amenities top (shower curtain too short floods the bathroom floor - can be replaced with glass separator) excellent safe upscale location close to city. Very good no phone connected to front desk. breakfast and outstanding coffee staff very polite
Pleasant clean stay just a little irritating inconvenience fut to new construction misses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. As we had my service dog with us it was nice there was a place for him as well. We were able to chat with some of your less unfortunate guests that had lost their homes in the hurricane.Uour motel was a very nice place to recover, at least for awhile.Our hearts went out to them!!

We were there when Hurricane Helene came through and the whole area lost power. The staff did an excellent job of dealing with the blackout and even managed to prepare coffee and a hot breakfast. I was very impressed with the staff.

The hotel was pretty good. The main problem was there was a slight musty or damp smell in the room, I suspect from AC unit or carpet. Also, the tile at entry and in bathroom had a greasy residue on it that made it slippery. This may have been from a cleaning product that wasn’t dry or not fully washed off. Either way it was gross. Should try to replace old carpets and AC units and do a little better cleaning floors.

Everything was great! The only issue we had is if you are traveling to visit Pretty Place as we were, it is about 31 miles away, not 14.5 as the website states.
