We evacuated from a wildfire zone and came to West Covina for a few days of better air. It was very comfortable, with all shopping needs and restaurants nearby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Thank you!

The room was clean. The towels were like sand paper. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was either hot or cold, couldn't get the temperature comfortable. The TV remote did not work well. There wasn't a proper closet or dresser drawers. The so called closet and drawers were a weird set up. The breakfast was terrible, however the coffee was great. The staff was friendly.

We stayed there for two nights and three days.
We also needed early check-in and the front counter staff worked hard to accommodate our request. When we needed more towels and linens they provided them quickly. In a pinch we needed an extra room and with a quick phone call we had it. Breakfast was really good and hot. Waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage and various cold cereals along with toast, english muffins. Fresh fruit was available.And the 24 hour coffee & tea bar was so nice.
We highly recommend this particular Hampton Inn. A big thank you to all the staff there!
