The staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was clean, up-to-date, and not too cramped for NYC. The lobby was also nice and offered some seating. Breakfast wasn't bad for a free meal.

Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and service was phenomenal. The curly head lady at the front was so helpful. We arrived 3 hours before check in and she got us in a room as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend this place when taking a trip to New York.

There was a huge clump of hair on the wall in the shower, it was disgusting. We asked on 7 different occasions for the hair to be removed during our 2 day stay. It was finally removed at 10am, an hour before we checked out. Beyond disgusting!

I love the property and staff, the service was great, and it has a great location near Time Square, trains stations, and 25 minutes on car to Newark Airport. I would recommend it and will go back!

The breakfast was pretty bad the only thing good was the waffles and it is a good walk to the actual time square lights . Also the elevator was annoying, but the staff were super nice and helpful . And a suggestion to always have water we would come back thirsty and never any water .

Rooms are tiny and had a long wait for the elevator. Many problems with the hotel but maintenance staff worked hard to keep up with them. Staff were very helpful. location was great to walk to everything we needed.

Loved this hotel staff couldn’t help you enough rooms are basic but clean and done every day . Breakfast was fine also always some night eat . Waffles where freshly made to order and where amazing . Booking again for January 26
