Wanda at front desk is wonderful. Very very helpful, willing to listen to my needs. Will recommend to everyone and anyone . Seven -eight stars , for the clean rooms and friendly staff . Huge thank you Wanda for making uncomfortable trip to Tennessee the best !

Somewhat run down with obvious corners of ground in dirt in the public areas. Some mold in the shower stall but it was clean.

Heating/cooling system was loud, too loud could wake you up when it would come on! Front doors malfunctioned wnenwe got there took us several minutes to even get in, until someone came out I couldn’t get in, and front desk didn’t answer the phone!

Awesome staff throughout the property. Great breakfast. Clean large rooms including the bathrooms. The entire staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. I liked the non slip wide tubs with soaps!!

The breakfast food offered lots of options but the items were not tasty at all. The omelets were rubbery and the oatmeal very watery. We liked the coffee options but that’s about it. The shower head only gave a trickle of water so basically was not functioning. Disappointing. But front desk staff were kind snd helpful.
