Great experience. The staff was so thoughtful that they gave packed us breakfast in the morning when they realised we wint stay till breakfast. Very thoughtful.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel wasn't as well kept as our previous stays but it wasn't dirty. Seems like additional cleaning and maintenance staff would be beneficial as the hotel is really starting to show it's age, which was very recognizable by the room to which we were assigned. All of the wood furniture in the King Studio room we stayed was chip & gouged, the sofa cushions fell into the frame of the sofa bed, and the desk chair cushion was shredded. The bed linens were clean and the mattress and pillows comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and the coffee bar was well stocked. Breakfast was fine for what it was with the exception of the inedible oatmeal (clumpy but watery) and dried out leftover, from the previous day, scones on our last morning. The heated pool and hot tub were very clean and there was plenty of towels all three times we utilized these. We have always loved this particular Hampton Inn and are hoping it will get the revitalization it deserves

Water in shower was luke warm at best

This is a very welcoming and nice hotel. The Indoor heated pool and hot tub were a great way to enjoy the day when the weather was too bad to go outside. There are pleanty of restaurants and shopping centers within 2 exits on the adjacent highway. This specific Hampton Inn has one of the largest in Hotel stores I have seen. This comes in handy when you are willing to pay a little more to avoid driving for a snack, frozen food or the many other items they sell. The staff put up Christmas decorations for kids to see which was very nice.

We nearly always stay at the Hampton when visiting family in Oneonta and New Kingston. Front desk people are always friendly, helpful and professional. We don’t request daily room service, not needed. Our only complaint was two containers of conditioner in the shower instead of one of shampoo and one of conditioner. Breakfast is adequate most mornings although the coffee doesn’t have much flavor it’s always available.

NICE LOCATION EASY TO FIND. ONLY DISLIKE WAS LOW SHOWER WATER PRESSURE.

I was disappointed in the fact that they advertised an EV charger, but it was only for Tesla models. It was a major factor in my booing decision. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The lady who checked me in was super friendly and helpful and nice. My room is spotless and looks brand new. There is a pool and hot tub downstairs and I am looking forward to using. The guests all seem friendly

Got there late and had our dog and the staff was so friendly and gave our dog a pup cup. We really appreciate the kindness.
