We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in Innsbrook. The hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating. Location was excellent. Close to shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Other guest with volleyball teams and a skate competition group were load and rude.
No reflection on the hotel.
Folks just don't have manners anymore.

They didn’t clean our room for two days. Called to ask for them to change our sheets bc no one service the room that day.
They made us come to the front desk to get sheets to change them ourselves

I specifically asked for interconnecting room. Expedia App did not permit me to book one King and one Queen . I put in the comments. Not sure if Expedia passed it on. They said that the morning front desk person did not allot it and King bed rooms with inter connections were taken

The place was packed and there wasn’t enough staff. No food for breakfast, one lady was trying to do everything for a sold out hotel.

The stay was good. It was challenging to find the location using my car’s navigation system. The room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet and parking was easy. If our stay was longer I would have enjoyed the walkable access to the Silver Diner.
