Hampton Inn Tracy

Our first experience when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time was abrupt sland rude. The front desk person, Pritka, was not very friendly ir helpful.However, when we returned at check-in time, Kayla, the next front desk person, was incredibly engaging, polite and helpful. Also, the $12 self-parking is a rip-off. There is plenty of parking there.

The staff were extremely helpful. I have arthritis and couldn't button the buttons on the sleeves of my dress shirt. One of the counter clerks was happy to assist me without making me feel incompetent. Definitely above the call of duty!

It was nice and cozy very relaxing and very quiet.

Not like

Check in and check out was very easy. The staff was polite, and the facility was clean. The only issues were thatThe fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the tub was plugged up.

Room was fine and up to usually Hampton Inn standards. My only issue was you have to pay for parking! This hotel is in an area where parking is NOT a problem. It is not like it is in the city. Stayed at 10,000 of hotels and never had to pay for parking in an location like this. This charge was not mentioned in the Hotels.Com website. Be aware for the extra $12 charge.

It was quiet we requested a king and got 2 full beds. The shower curtain had dirt on the inside and the beds were uncomfortable

Nice stuff clean room

We got stuck in a handicap unit, no counter space. Not cleaned very well. Television selection was minimal.

Will definitely stay there again

Everything you need is in the vicinity of this Hampton Inn! Excellent place!

Hilton HHonors Silver always get two bottled water at check in but they refused here - odd. Breakfast was fairly poor selection.

The beds were comfortable and it was convenient to the event venue.

Smell in elevator

Room service never came and we were there 3 nights. Had to ask front desk for toilet paper and more towels (front desk was amazing). A dog was barking a few rooms down from us for a lot of the day.

My go to and favorite is Hampton Inn. As for This Hampton Inn was perfect. Great location right off the I-205. It is nestled off the main road that has a BJ brewing restaurant right next door, and several choices for other places to eat in walking distance with the West Valley mall walking distance as well if someone likes shopping. As typical for Hampton Inns, it was quiet, comfortable beds, clean, darkening window shades, great A/C, fabulous shower soaps and conditioner, and friendly staff. I’m putting this one on my remember to stay again list.

Good staff, nice place

Very convenient. Parking was very crowded in the evening, staff were frustrated too as probably vehicles without permits were parked. So they allowed us to park in the empty elite spot .

The staff is wonderful. Very professional and accommodating. The elevator needs better ventilation and air conditioning. It has a bad order that smells like a moldy basement.
