Front entrance under renovation and pool was closed

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The only issue was due to maintenance of the pool, the gym was not accessible.

The attention of the staff and everything was excellent, except for the cleanliness of the bathroom, since they are used by different visitors, they should be checked before handing over the rooms to ensure that they are very clean and disinfected, especially around the toilets.

No one ever cleaned the room. Had to pick up towels and supplies from front desk daily. Could tell sheets were not clean and comforter had makeup on it. Was using a walker and tripped 3 times on rugs in entryway. Was not worth what we paid.

Staff were newer, but able to assist in some booking issues we had. They were wonderful

The property was NOT what was described and I did not enjoy staying there Expedia messed up my reservation and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Young girls yelling, laughing, running up and down halls. Called twice down to the front desk. They tried to help but still very loud and disruptive. This was around midnight. The GM said nothing she would do for us so we checked out and went to H.I. Express down the street. Very nice hotel and very helpful. Won't stay at Hampton again.

Limited tv channels. Bed was soft

IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND AN EVENING.

Breakfast was not great...oatmeal was the thickness of gruel. Hot foods barely warm. Not as nice as 2 years ago.

Staff was rude. I walked in to check in with my family. The staff at the desk was not working until I walked in. Then she plucked a card from the rolodex and started to work. No hello, no good afternoon. She continued to ignore me for 3 minutes as I stared at her. Then she said, "Can I help you?" I was floored. This is the first person that I had contact with and already horrible customer service. The cleaning staff was also vaping in the athletic room next to the pool. She was nasty and angry for no reason. I travel to Wooster for work a lot. I will not be staying here again. Highly disappointed

We would definitely stay in this Hampton again. I had my granddaughters with me and they thought the pool was excellent.

There was an issue with my room key when checking in because of a computer glitch and the front desk clerk worked diligently to get the problem fixed

Good location out of the busy part of the city.
