Yhe property is great, i wont use Expedia again. I got sent a confirmation saying all ibowed at checkin was 147. 00 i ended up having to pay the entir price again. 377 bucks. Not cool

Checking in, we were given a lovely room, on the corner of building, great view of harbor, with nice deck...too bad it was already occupied. Second room was very nice. Bed had small sink area in center of mattress, but acceptable. Like many properties featuring Direct TV, channel menu was inaccurate. View was acceptable, but would have been better if not overlooking a construction area (pool being redone). Coffee in the lobby was good, a bit better than that in the room. There is NO microwave available in the hotel for guests to use.
Due to weather our stay was cut short by one night. The staff at check out kindly offered refund for lost day; awaiting final bill to confirm.
The area and property, overall, was very nice and would be enjoyed with better weather -walking trails, bicycles available, etc.

My family had such a lovely weekend at this hotel. It was perfect. The fire pits and hot tub plus ice skating
and unlimited hot chocolate in the lobby… all made this a surprisingly fun off season winter getaway.

The only good thing about our stay at this hotel was our shuttle driver was awesome. We should have stayed in the city and we would have had way more food options and the hotel would have been nicer. Elevator was out of order, noisy in the middle of the night doing repairs I was told and the water took forever to get warm in our bathroom. Rooms are in desperate need of updates- nothing like the pictures

This was a great setting, looking out over the harbor of Charleston. Comfortable beds, the only thing that needs to be tweaked is the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner need to operational pumps as you can’t get them to pump and they are contained in a holder on the wall so you can’t tip or get out what you need. Otherwise everything was fine.

We booked 3 nights on hotels.com for a "total" of $710, the final bill came out to be over $900 (pet fee + misc.). This extraordinary pet fee ($175) wasn't spelled out in details during booking process, if they did we would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel's pool/hot tub were under constructions, one of the two elevators wasn't working our entire trip but they still charged full Resort fee. Feel a little cheated! Don't think we will come back again!
