Location of harborside was convenient to all major attractions and aquarium subway station was determination to choose this property. Staff were very friendly and restaurant next door was convenient for breakfasts and late cocktails.

Staff went above and beyond when we had a small problem with our first room. They handled it right away and were so kind and reassuring (I was super nervous to ask for help). They offered bottled water at check in and a bottle of champagne as a VIP Expedia benefit which was a fun surprise. Very walkable area near everything we hoped to see. We easily found metered parking that was free after 8 pm Saturday and all day Sunday. Mini fridge in rooms and well lit bathroom. Plenty of outlets by the bed. No surprise resort fees or extra fees at check-in (which can't be said for some surrounding hotels). All around great value place that was easy to find, clean and comfortable, and perfect for our one night stay.

Nice no frills stay. Which worked great for us since we planed to be out most of the day. We were able to hang out in the lobby and chat in the evening
as well. Clean, quiet and most of the staff were outstanding.

The front desk staff was amazing and so kind and accommodating, they were always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel is perfect walking distance to the marketplace and T line transportation. The only weird thing was my room didn't have a real window. It just overlooked a weird outside area covered by a dome so I didn't know what the outdoor weather looked like until I physically left the hotel. Also there was a random loud banging noise early in the mornings sounded like maybe a dumpster being repeatedly closed. Overall still a great stay. I would stay here again

Very nice location for this hotel. We enjoyed our room and it was quiet and close to everything. Very walkable and the train station was close. Airport about 2 miles away but 20 mins via cab. No coffee pot in the room however dunkin donuts is 1 block down and there is a little restaurant in the hotel where you can buy coffee. Overall would stay there again! Front desk staff is fabulous!

The hotel was great overall - we didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay! One disclaimer is that the hotel is very tight and narrow so it feels a bit claustrophobic, especially when there’s a lobby full of people checking in and using the elevators. So if you have any accessibility needs or are claustrophobic, please keep that in mind!
