Staff very professional and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. Comfortable bed and separate large bath tub and walk in shower. Would definitely recommend!

First of all, the room pictured on Expedia was NOT what I was given. Room had no tv service. Front desk said…”well we do still use satellite so sometimes that happens.” Very limited dining. Smell of smoke in hotel side was horrible. VERY noisy. Have stayed at numerous harrahs and this was by far the worst! Staff was NOT friendly or helpful at all!!!

Room was clean but old fashioned. Bathroom door had fingerprints & shaving cream (?) stuck to it. Tiny coffee maker had cups with no lids. Coffee shop didn’t open until 7. 4th floor was nice & quiet.
Casino had no free beverages. Come to Iowa for friendlier casinos!

Speaking on the hotel room, the floor floods anytime you use the shower, walls are beat and covered with paint, bathroom door had some kind of sludge on it, and a handprint from someones make up, kc skyline view is cool and the casino is awesome. Get what you pay for with the cheaper room.

My credit card couldn’t hold the room and I didn’t get to the room until 2 AM so they gave it away and I think they kept my money. I still haven’t sent a refund. I stayed up all night with nowhere to go.

we had a couple issues, first off we were there for five nights and at check in we were informed that there was no
room cleaning/replenishment of towels at this resort. you have to call to get towels changed out. i guess the question is what is the nightly resort fee for?
