This property could definitely use a facelift. The pictures online make the rooms look nicer than they are. Their deluxe room was very average and the showers were terrible. The plus was there was a casino downstairs.

Valet parking was good, all parking cost, to bad.
Casino was quiet, mex food Jeffys 2stars
Room expensive and run down. Refrigerator and coffee maker broke, replaced our second day. Fees and cost are way high $$$

I have stayed at Harrah's for over 20 years, usually every couple of weeks during the ski season. The rooms are looking very worn out and the cleanliness is poor. Two weeks ago we found fresh bubble gum stuck to the dresser when we checked in and our last room the TV stand was tilted slightly forward so all the dresser doors would roll open on their own (A bit of a hazzard at night). Also trash was being left outside rooms and elevators trash cans often all day with no pick ups. Hopefully this is just a short term staffing issue as we really like the location and hotel staff.

I was originally going to stay at Margarita Ville because I’ve stayed there before and my stay there was very good. However they’re pricey so I decided to stay here at Harris because it’s cheaper. And you get what you pay for. The room wasn’t clean for example, the bathroom had a big blob of hair from previous people that stayed there. The room is also very very out dated. BUT in the plus side it’s cheaper and that’s about it.

Had a hard time getting are room cleaned after we extended our stay. They told us we weren't on the list because they thought we checked out, meaning they don't clean the room when you check out.

One of the worst stays, will not return. The "upgraded" room was super old and didn't feel very clean. There were holes in bathroom walls and a crack in the ceiling by the shower. Both showers had problem with temperature adjustment.Poor air ventilation and smelled like smoke often, even though rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. Hot tub was "under construction" and they wouldn't offer anything in return. Overall very poor experience.

Ground floor accepts smokers. Hotel is run down, no renovation since a long time. They used to have great VIP lounge, which never reopened after Covid. For sauna, you have to go to Harvey's on the other side of the street.
Starbuck in the lobby, very expensive. The breakfast place - with very overpriced lousy food. At the end they will add $25 daily for the valet, and $30.72 for a resort fee. Couple good things - you can get 2 baths in 1 room with 2 beds. Service - mostly foreign, but very polite and responsive.

Requested a non smoking room but since we booked through a 3rd party we had a smoking room. Not happy at all about that.
They did try and clean the room with an air purifier but if you don’t smoke, you can still smell it.
