Our One Bedroom Suite with a balcony was superb! Only drawbacks were that there wasn't a coffee maker or a microwave. They removed them after Covid. Another drawback was that we had to go through the Casino to check-in, go to the venue and to restaurants. It was EXTREMELY smokey! We were there to see Theresa Caputo, so it was worth holding our breath for a while.

The internet was TERRIBLE and for over 90% of the time it was not available yet we were charged TWICE. Front Desk clerk was able to remove one charge but considering I had to call for technical support we should not have been charged at all. Also, I asked to make sure I recieve Caesars Rewards but was told that since I did not put my rewards # in at time of booking I was not entitled. WHAT?? My money was accepted everywhere so why not??

Other casinos near by have way better customer service their stores close early leaving you to leave the hotel if you need something at night pala and valley view offer sevices throughtout the night its not as clean how they used to be

The room was the quality of a Hammton Inn. Plastic cups, no coffee maker, desk chair had a tear in the seat that had been there for some time. Basic room was ok, but I expect more for $400.

It was not clear where self parking was located. After calling the hotel, I spoke with 2 different employees that also did not know. Check in was 4 pm, I checked in but no room was clean. Almost 45 mins later no call or text as I was told would happen. Checked front desk and got a room. The desk employee was coughing non stop. Not impressed.

Experience was okay.
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The pool area is big with many options. Spacious gaming area, fun overall.
Cons: A lot of “mechanical noise” at night although we turned off the AC.
No restaurant offering breakfast/brunch (only take out such as Starbucks). No options other than expensive restaurants or take out.
Swimming pool area/jacuzzi closing too early (6pm). Nothing to do after that other than gambling.

Everything was great except maybe it need an Arcade for the kids and the smoking on the casino floor is just way too much. I was choking from all the smoke around and it made it very uncomfortable.
