Southlake is a beautiful area. Everything you need is within walking distance, whether it’s shopping, dining or entertainment, you won’t be bored! The hotel is very classy yet open and inviting as well. We enjoyed our time here greatly and certainly plan to come back!

Had a wonderful stay! Staff went above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Only issue we had was the breakfast. We have food allergies and I was told we would have options so I prepaid for my rate to include breakfast. Only real things we could eat were bacon and fruit. Def not worth the money and because I bought through Expedia the hotel could not reimburse me for it.

The front desk personnel was delightful. There was a not so delightful dog that was barking in the room next to us, and had apparently had an accident in the hallway. Location in the middle of Southlake Town Square cannot be beat! It was quiet and comfortable at night even in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping!

This is an amazing hotel with an awesome staff. The property is beautiful and located in such a great place. Convenient to everything. When the staff found out we were celebrating a birthday, they filled our daughter’s room with balloons.

The property is very pretty, but unfortunately the house keeping staff can’t be trusted. I left my pillow behind on accident. Called that same day & somehow it had vanished from the hotel. No pillow in sight. Super sad as they no longer make this pillow. Front desk staff was friendly, but housekeeping just can’t be trusted.
