Good, decent place to spend the night! The facilities were quite good. I felt like they could have put a binder out that spelled out things like how to use the coffee maker, how to log into the wifi, and what viewing options were available. Had to kind of figure out these things on my own whereas at other hotels, the "Amenities" binder is handier to reference. Other than those things, I would recommend this hotel as a good, decent place to spend the night.

Nice clean hotel with friendly and professional staff, especially, a gentleman name Rohit, at the front desk.
He was very polite and helpful.

I was very pleased with staff attentiveness and cleanliness of the property. Everything was well maintenance and they continue to paint and keep the grounds nice. Room service does well and was very comfortable with bedding and amenities. The hot breakfast left nothing to desire more. I will now only use Hilton hotels !

I requested a blanket and pillows for the pullout bed both by phone and in person at the front desk, but they never arrived. Also, I wasn’t aware that breakfast wasn’t included, so I ended up paying for it when I would have preferred to eat elsewhere. Overall, disappointing service and lack of communication.

Not a good stay, on the last day of entering into the room to grab the belongings , the door lock ran out of battery. There was no maintenance personnel on site plus the maintenance room was locked. Hotel took jt very lightly to get the room accessible back to us!

The air conditioner was broken so our room was blowing out heat. I went downstairs five times called multiple times and didn’t receive help to 10 PM at night. I want a full refund.

This was a great choice for me. Clean, affordable and comfy. However, there was a water issue and it was difficult to take a shower and get all the way clean. Not sure if all rooms have that issue or if it was just ours.

Reservation and payment included $12 breakfast. Upon check in, was told I would have to pay "additional" for breakfast that was already paid. Room was very clean but the halls to the rooms had trash or food trays outside the doors. Ice machine was not working. I have rather high expectations of Hilton Hotels.
