very beautiful old building just feet from the memorial circle

Room was 80 degrees constantly! Air conditioning put out heat, room would not cool down. Turned unit totally off and it never got below 76. Horrible stay. All 4 families said their rooms were the same way! Ridiculous.

The overall cost was almost $100 more than the Hotels.com quote said it would be. Not sure if that includes some type of hold that will be refunded or not.

Terrible. No air conditioning. Apparently they elect to shut it down for the winter

Convenient area for what I needed to do during my visit.

Gave someone else a key to our room when our teenage son was in there alone; in bed! Never once cleaned the room prperly in our 5 night stay, even when asked on two occassions to do it. Very (very!) expensive hotel with a below average approach to customer service.

Overall experience was excellent. Rene, the desk receptionist was very friendly and hospitable. Rene was only too happy to help with any questions or concerns that we had. Our room was very clean. It took a few minutes to find the closet 😆 Only complaint was the lighting in the main room! It was lacking at best.

Always our go-to.to stay. Great staff and location. Convenient to everything downtown. If I had any criticism at all is that the room and property in general is fairly dated.

Hotel is within walking distance to important sites and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved spending time in the lobby close to the fireplace with a drink from the bar. My only drawback was that when we checked in, our double bed room was given to another guest and only king rooms were available. We had to ask for a rollaway bed, but the staff was very accommodating.

This a great downtown location. We enjoyed our trip and stay.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was withing walking distance of Lucas Oil. The city area around downtown can be sketch in some parts.

Area around the property is great because the circle is right there! Inside the lobby is a little outdated, but the rooms are nice. Rooms have slightly thin walls.

The hotel was in a good location with walkability to plenty of dining. I was under the impression that the hotel had a restaurant but when we arrived it looked more like an open eat in area. My biggest complaint was the keycards. When we checked in, the individual at the front desk was not helpful and checkin took 2 seconds. The next day our keycards stopped working and when we went back to the front desk, it was a different employee that said he has never seen those keycards before. Since our keycards didnt work we had to walk around the building to get into the front entrance. When we left we couldnt exit straight to the parking garage because we needed a keycard to exit. Otherwise the city felt a bit unsafe walking around at night but I dont blame the hotel other than allowing homeless to sleep all around the building. It was an ok stay but I will go somewhere else next time I am in town.
