It’s special request to GM please make check in over phone if customer is running late due to some reason I stay regularly every 3-4 months
I was late 3 times due to some reason the some new staff says it will be no show if I done come that same day ,

The hospitality was in the trash. Room service began knocking on doors at 6 am in the morning. Check out was at 12pm but room service knocked on my door at 10:30am. When I advised I did not need room service at the time, I was asked what time I would be leaving.
