I come here every 3 or 4 months and I always stay here. It’s convenient for the location I go to here. The staff and bartenders are great; friendly and fast and attentive. This time around, the king size bed in my room was not that comfortable. And I noticed a little aging in places in the room. But, it’s a good property and very convenient. This time also, the pricing was a little too much, I think, for the value. There was a big convention there, so I get it. But I won’t pay that price again. It needs to return to normal.

Booked presidential suite. Disappointed it was just a small king room connecting door to a larger sitting room. Closet small heat didn’t work in larger room (went from 68 down to 64 after running heater) booked the hotel because I called to see if the had hottub. But it was not hot and after a day hoping it would be fixed was told nope. Employees were not rude at all - but not overly hospitable- or empathetic. Also the water smelled funny. Not a bad hotel- just disappointing- I expected more. (But the understaffed coffee stand employees were working hard- thanks)

sha shawna was amazing! the lady that worked in the food eating area she was from Bosnia i believe she was amazing! the whole place was decorated for xmas which was nice as we was away from our family on Christmas, so that was Christmas brought to us. I did notice standing at the elevators on the main lobby side third one to the right the tansion piece was coming up. I told the young gentleman that was cleaning the elevators that someone was going to trip and fall three days later. I still noticed it was like that so I reported it once again. n as of the time we left it was still lifted up someone gonna trip n get hurt

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to many things we wanted to visit.

The staff was wonderful and tried to be accommodating, but when I booked a king bed room and was then put in a double queen bed room, I was not happy about that. Did not get a price reduction or anything.

The hotel is a little outdated and the 7th floor had a old mildew smell, our room had no trash can liners in either trash can, but the room was clean and super comfy.

It is clearn and comfortable hotel.

*Ran shower 20 min w/ no hot water produced. Main. came & ran it 10 more min w/ no change, then turned the hot water off & back on. Ran another 10 min w/ no change & left. His reasoning was that the hotel was relatively empty so it takes a while to heat the water??? We ran the water for 10 more min and got a lukewarm shower. Water leaked all over bathroom floor and into room. We had to clean it up. *Told there was no 0 alcohol beer but there was; found out last day of 3 day stay *obnoxious ear-splitting buzzing ("they are working up on the 8th floor" was the explanation and nothing done) *alarm went off (like someone opened an emergency exit door?) for almost an hour *asked for housekeeping to clean room and take trash, was told yes but it didn't happen *pretty good service in the restaurant

They allowed us to check in at 1 instead of 4

Room 609. Bathroom tub was not cleaned or either it was stained at the drain. I only stayed one night. If I had stayed more than one night, I would have asked for another room.
