Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

What did I like? It was easy to park and get to the room. No walking through a casino etc, etc. Check in was easy, not too much push to try to buy a timeshare or attend a 1 hour meeting that would waste my time. The two bedroom (Both King Size beds) suite was huge! The kitchen was serviceable but the dining room was nice and the living room was huge and had a wet bar and built in tv area. You can access the patio overlooking the pool from the Master BR and the living room. There is seating on the patio and a Hot Tub! This place is big. The rooms and bathrooms are very large. What I did not like? The only place to shower in the Master Bath is in a gigantic tub. At least 5ft x 6ft square. The problem is getting in is dangerous. Only way in and out is 1 step to the top then step down into tub. Its so high that my head nearly touched the ceiling. All tile so slick when exiting shower tub. The place is a great value if you want space and value. It is Not posh or plush or even new. Beds are old and so is all the furniture. They screwed doors closed that I guess had other features they have excluded.

My room made me regret only being in town for 1 night, it was huge! Two bathrooms, closed door bedroom, and full kitchen. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The room fixtures werent brand new and some dirt in hard to get corners but overall, fabulous stay in fabulous Las Vegas

Big rooms and baths

I travel to Las Vegas often and wish I’d known of this gem sooner! I’ll never stay anywhere else.

The hotel was very nice. The suite we had was perfect for our family. There were 2 negatives of the resort- the game room although a great idea but half of the games were broken or missing pieces (the pool table was missing the triangle and all the pool sticks were broken with no tip, the foosball was missing the balls, and the Xbox and Playstation would not turn on and run properly), the 2nd negative was 4 out of the 5 hot tubs were dirty with debris and not good for soaking in.

There is always 1 thing that keeps this property from being a 10. In the past, it was water slides not on or no schedule for upper/lower slides. This time, the game room was closed for a private event & a few kids were disappointed. Since it was colder weather, that is the only area for kids to hang out. You have several banquet/meeting rooms to use & instead you take the kid's area? Plus, the lack of communication - no one knew it was closed or why. It was not posted ahead of time to plan around. Also, parking by building 4 has been changed & there were no luggage carts anywhere around for loading or unloading. Needs to be some available for convenience.

The grounds were beautiful, loved our room. The price was reasonable and it was very close to the outlet mall, about a 20 minute ride from the strip.
