Clean hotel and great service.

Great location, very efficient service. The hotel restaurant and bar opens late and closes early. The rooms are large and have what you need but are well worn. The bathroom door would not close. The bedroom tv speaker was not working. You could hear everything that was going on outside the windows.

We booked the Hilton because of the NAME. This is the FIRST and LAST time we will ever enter foot into another Hilton hotel. I have stayed at other hotels and time shares and by far this was the most deplorable room I have ever seen. I felt I maybe was exaggerating about complaining but once we switched hotels it was a world of difference. At the Hilton, We had the view of the top of North end pizza (which they couldn't even cook the cheese pizza we bought, also gave them a 15% delivery tip and they couldnt even deliver it to the floor) and the top of a small parking garage, which was super depressing to look at. We had to continue opening our hotel door to get the internet to connect to our phones, then it would disconnect about 5 mins later in the room. Such a joke. Then the next morning I say this will get better, then hop in the shower and get really short of breathe, so much so that i had to turn the shower off, open the bathroom door and had to tripod just to breathe. I was not sick, and I am a fairly healthy adult. Oh and to top it all off they dont have any smart tvs to watch netflix. These things are simple amenities that are included in other hotel stays, we ended up having a better week after checking out of your hotel. Please just look elsewhere, this place doesnt even do breakfast.

Clean, friendly, comfortable

After checking into my room I noticed the bed wasn’t fully made and the sheets were dirty. I kindly informed the staff and I was met with attitude. They made it out as if I did something. They reluctantly changed my room which was great but not once did they apologize for it. I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff member and I hate that I was made to feel like I was trying to pull something over on the hotel.

A great stay at this resort. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this property that is water front with a beautiful view of the ocean

The staff was amazing

Our jacuzzi tub didn’t work and the vacation sales woman was so insistent she sort of held us captive at the desk.

Breathtaking resort, I stayed in the 1 bedroom ocean front room and this is the best place I have stayed at. I can’t wait to come back!

Nadi at the front desk who checked me in, was amazing. She was very nice, polite and had a warm, inviting smile.

The stay was great and I’m booking again real soon. The only the complaint I could have is, parking should be cheaper.

Stay was lovely, bathroom definitely could use some updating. Tub said it was a jacuzzi, but there was a regular tub insert. Bathroom sink leaked if you ran the water.

The rooms were clean and neat. Our stay, we did a suite with a kitchen, which was very nice. I didn't know that these particular rooms had a double entrance that you share with other guests. This can be difficult if they aren't, well, common courtesy, and slamming doors throughout all hours of the night. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, as all the staff was great and went above and beyond! The pools were nice! The local restaurants were great! Several within a block of the hotel. I would definitely come back if I was visiting the area.

Enjoyed myself

Not happy with check out time of 10:00 am. I was there for a funeral. they were not so considerate. I will never stay there again.

We have 8 kids & stayed in the 3 Bedroom Penthouse condo. It was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen and 2 bedrooms were on one side and then there was a suite with its own entry door on the other side. We ended up turning the locks so that they stick out of the door for easier access bc the doors are heavy and the little ones kept getting locked out while going back and forth between suites. I plan on coming back in the summer because it has great access to restaurants & a beautiful view. The gym was nice also. If you can remember, bring a rubber doorstop for this suite and all is well!
