Great quiet location near the red rocks, at the entrance to Sedona area. Nice little area with hiking, shopping and dining.
Checking was very easy, very attentive staff, minor soft sell attempt for the time share, but no issues. Standard deposit.
Room was studio with large bath, fold out couch and full kitchen. Looks like a recent remodel. Patio.
Did not get to check out the rest of the facilities, but there is a workout room DVD rental and other services that you can talk to the front desk about. The room had a about a 27-in TV and a DVD player. It was a nice clean room it has hair dryer large bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion and iron and ironing board.

The only regret I have is the TV was old and not HD. NEED BETTER TV OPTIONS. Everything else was just great

The unit was extra spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue I had with this property is that they take a $200 deposit and it’s not credited back to your account for a couple of days after you check out. Not a fan of this at all.

The property is outdated but clean. We enjoyed having an apartment like setting so we could cook and relax and watch TV in a living room. Location is convenient to bell rock area but very far from hiking on the other side. The only issue we had was the the walls were too thin. Our neighbor had a crying kid that cried ALL the time. We complained a couple times to management and they didn't offer to move us until the last night and so we decided to check out early. To be fair, they did refund us but our romantic weekend alone was dampened.

Very welcoming and professional Front Desk and Concierge team. Any offers to attend a timeshare seminar is only a one-time gentle nudge which is much appreciated.
The 1-BR suite is spacious, with a full kitchen equipped with the basics in terms of plates, glasses and silverware (4 each, which is just fine). Dark skies meant beautiful stargazing.

Noisy heat units woke me up when they came on at night. Includes the one in my unit as well as in other units. Over all a nice unit. Counter space in the kitchenette is limited. The person who did the midweek cleaning did a very good job.

I loved how neat and clean the area was. The room was well equipped with everything needed. It felt very homey and we were able to utilize the kitchen to make meals and store the groceries we had bought. Overall it was a great experience especially for the price. 20 minutes from central Sedona. Would highly recommend and will be staying at the property upon the next visit.
