Good location

Great stay and it was super clean and nice loved the property

The grounds are lovely and the rooms very comfortable. We planned to cook since there's a kitchen, but neither of our rooms had any mixing bowls and the burners were very finicky. They don't get very hot and don't maintain a steady temperature. Made it hard to cook for a group.

Great stay for the price! Economical for a family and the main lodge was nice to relax in by the fire place. Very clean and well run.

Great stay, exceeded expectations, nice hot tubs, pool table, game area. Roo very clean.

It was comfortable!

Beautiful place! Reasonable cost. Matresses need to be replaced. The king bed is sunken on 2 sides with a ridge in the middle. Queen bed also needs new mattress.

The two bed was comfortable and more than met our expectations. Would highly recommend

Laundry- 2 / 4 machines not working. Accessible shower had serious unsafe deficiency with water faucet valve- either ice cold or scalding hot; with almost no pressure. Had to inform staff twice and although they made some attempt, I don’t think they realized the potential liability in having such an unsafe incorrectly installed mixing valve. Also, the resort claims to offer mud-week refreshening, but I had to tell them 2 days in a row to perform. 1st day- no show. 2nd day- only made bed- no trash, towel change, other. Seem to have housekeeping issues except for checkout. Dishwasher rack wheel broken and typical loud outdated appliance.

Very nice property. Great value. Comfortable beds, competent furniture, all very clean. We had a two bedroom and it was very spacious, much more so than we had expected. Both bedrooms were large. Staff was responsive. Kitchen was a bit underequipped. No pots or pans but the front desk supplied them when we asked. Gym was adequate for light workout. All in all, a very good stay. Great location. I didn’t give it five stars because I don’t give many places five stars. We would be very happy to stay again and will on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Fabulous stay! Accessible to all downtown Santa Fe!

It was very nice and close to the downtown area. We’d definitely stay there again.

The deluxe suite was great - plenty of room and privacy for us and our adult son. The only downside is that the WiFi isn't the best and there weren't any ethernet ports to plug our travel router into.

Didn't honor change of reservation.

We loved our stay. Everything was really great--very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We walked to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were all are too thick for me, but other than that it was wonderful.

This is a great place for families. Very comfortable and spacious. Half mile walk to plaza which is very doable. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and were allowed to check into our king suite early which is always a wonderful thing after a long trip. The room was well appointed with kitchenette, living area with small balcony, two big dressers so we didn’t have to share, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Despite arriving in the middle of an unexpectedly early snowstorm in November and being without power most of the first day (not the hotel’s fault), we stayed safe and toasty if a bit bored in our room. But when we were able to leave, we were very pleasantly surprised that nearly all of Santa Fe was within easy walking distance. Obviously downtown, but also Canyon Road, the Capitol Bldg, and the Railyard Arts district. There’s ample staples shopping at a large complex down the very busy road in front of the hotel. I was worried about this busy and possibly noisy road when booking as it has to be crossed to get to downtown, but it wasn’t an issue, just be aware there are not many places to cross with the exception of directly across from the hotel lodge. We used the excellent hot tub of our building (#2) the last night and it was just a great respite from the week of cold. The place felt secure and the room was quiet. Our hosts Denisha, Tracy, and Steve checked on us and quickly responded to any requests. It was an excellent price, significantly less than stay downtown proper, with. Virtually nothing sacrificed - we couldn’t have been happier than we were there!

Wifi doesn't work, toilet leaks, and my apartment rather drably appointed, but otherwise spacious and nice part of town.

Easy parking, quiet and a nice stroll to all the best of Santa Fe.
