Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Fitness room was cozy, but had a treadmill and weights, which worked well. Highly recommend stopping for a meal at Senor Burrito, which is a very short walk from the hotel.

I called before i booked and ask if the pool and jacuzzi was operational. they assured me that it was. so i booked the room only to find out that thay was not the case, the pool and jacuzzi did not work which messed up the trip for my daughter. it was a waste of time and money.

I liked it before and have stayed here several times, but yesterday I had a bad feeling. As soon as I entered the room, the smell was so bad that I almost wanted to vomit. I couldn't get rid of the smell and was afraid of it. There was no bottled water in the room. The overall feeling was not good.

Everything went great until the next morning when the room felt pretty warm. We walked out of our room to see that there was no power and I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with 3 little kids and our luggage.

Very dirty. Roaches in AC unit. Very understaffed. They had no towels the entire weekend, said housekeeping couldn’t keep up. Limited parking because a lot was blocked off. No luggage carts. Overall terrible.

I did not like my stay because it was hard to get in touch with the front desk. When you try to call the hotel it is always busy. They had no Wi-Fi. I paid for breakfast and they did not have any breakfast. And the way that the room keys are presented is very cheap.

I don’t ever stay at this hotel. The customer service was horrible. I was given a room where the air conditioner was out. After complaining a few times, they finally checked it out and I was given another room. The 2nd room’s key card function didn’t work. I had no choice but to stay here as Houston experienced a natural disaster and I didn’t have electricity at home.

Well the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the my had a disgruntled guess and the police were called. I do believe our hotel
bed had bed bugs. I woke up this morning very itchy. I wasn't even supposed to stay in this hotel originally so I am pissed off that I am going through this. Expedia will
be hearing from me in the morning.
