Holiday Inn & Suites OKLAHOMA CITY NORTH, an IHG Hotel

I found the Holiday Inn (OKC North) to be a nice hotel with courteous & professional staff members. The room was comfortable and appeared to be clean. The cleaning staff even cleaned my room after only (1) night of staying there, which hasn't been standard since the pandemic. I also appreciate how the rooms open up to an overlook of the lobby/restaurant area below. The hotel has a nice pool, hot tub, & fitness center. I will say that the stationary bikes need to have the foot straps replaced. All in all, I was pleased with the condition and the service provided at the Holiday Inn (OKC North)

Very clean and quiet. Pool was nice and no one was there the whole time we were there. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast it’s worth it if you pay for it. And the hot tube was amazing.

The layout

While the staff were excellent and room was clean, the room was very dark, it’s furnishings were worn (dresser drawers wouldn’t shut all the way), shower curtain was torn in multiple places along the top, and toilet paper holder was rusty. Overall, not as nice as I expected from a Holiday Inn and the price point.

Convenient location, poor parking and sketchy area

The property was nice and clean. Lots of amenities on site as well as good proximity to food shopping and other events in OKC.

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs, from the pull out bed!

Dilapidated room (wire sticking out of pull out bed) HVAC noise all day and night. Clumps of hair in the cloudy unsanitary pool. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

I had to emergency plan a birthday party for my 6 year old. They had a large space for us to have the party, the pool and hot tub were clean. The staff was amazing and helpful!

Location

Our stay was so uncomfortable and stressful. We would never recommend anyone to stay here & we absolutely will not be back. The shower curtain was stained and tattered, while showering we stood in 2 inches of water. The only positive was good water pressure. The towels were stained & we did not receive enough and they were never changed during our stay. We had piles of trash at checkout that had not been picked up. The breakfast situation was abysmal. Signs were everywhere stating there would be a breakfast buffet yet when I told my hungry two year old we were about to eat the first morning of our stay-to our collective dismay, food needed to be ordered and waited for. We had little to no sleep after traveling (flying from PA) since 4AM the previous morning and my toddler refusing to sleep in the uncomfortably cramped roll away crib this property rented us, so the breakfast situation was the final straw as I broke down in exhausted tears in the dining room. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the staff member who showed empathy and offered us a voucher for the next day’s breakfast. I wish I had caught his name, he was so kind and helpful every time we encountered him. I also wish he had been working our final morning considering we had to wait AN HOUR for our breakfast & nearly missed our flight home!! We had to run to our terminal with a baby & all of our luggage in tow-literally the last people to board when the flight was ready for take off. I have more to say.

This os our second time staying there. Its very clean, the food is great, and the pool and spa is amazing

Was clean and close to where we needed to be. Our bathroom had some plumbing problems but was useable. Nice enough we’d stay again if in area.

Older property but clean. Half of the electrical outlets in room did not work, shower leaking, Analog Televison only!! No digital nor HD picture. Looked like 1970's picture on Television. Furniture in lobby looked like it was, circa 1970's.
