We had a great 1 night stay, we took full advantage of the awesome pool area! The only negative thing i have to say is that quite a few of the games in the arcade were not working but otherwise everything and everyone was great! Definitely recommend for those with kids or just wanting a quick getaway. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This is a good place to stay, but note that there is no breakfast. It is also a place that involves long distances, for instance, just to get from your room to the front desk is a serious hike. The room was excellent.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE HOLIDAY IN THE PAST TO HAVE A MEAL WITH FAMILY MEMBERS THAT LIVE IN ALEXANDRIA. THIS WAS A QUICK TRIP TO VISIT A RELATIVE IN A NURSING HOME AND A NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH AN EARLY BREAKFAST AND A QUICK TRIP BACK TO MPLS.

The inside curtains would not shut all the way. The outside lights were so bright we could not sleep. That is the main reason we rent a room.

The person checking us in was very crabby They were cleaning carpets so the closest room was on the 4th floor When I reached my room I realized I needed an extra blanket and pillow tried to find front desk person she was nowhere to me found

I was severely overcharged for the condition and quality of the room. The photos in the Expedia listing did not show the extent of the poor condition of the room.

I've never been in a Hotel without an elevator, even for only 2 floors. Would not stay there unless I could be guaranteed the ground floor. Was not aware off this when booking.

We were treated with complete disrespect. Traveling with 4 small children and trying to get accommodations or asking for anything was absolutely ridiculous
