Quick overnight before catching a flight. Check in was quick, room was clean (although carpets could be replaced) and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We didn’t eat at the bar/restaurant but it was nice to have that option on sight if needed.

Overnight, front desk and security were amazing! Although my stay was just for the weekend with a late arrival and early morning departure my interaction with them was great!

Pleasant reception, clean lobby, very outdated rooms. Very friendly bartenders but the kitchen was non functional for our stay. Good place to stay for a night pre or post flight out. Not a long term hotel.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly. There was a constant banging noise and we think it was the elevator every time someone used it. Other than that it's a great hotel, convenient to everything.

The refrigerator wasn't working. The toilet seat was loose. The blackout drape didn't close completely. The tv was good and the was comfortable. The restaurant food was good and my beer was cold!

The first room I received, someone had vomited on the floor and the staff just vacuumed over it. So I had to change rooms. The nightshift front desk clerk was very accommodating though. She got me another room that was close by my daughter’s room. But in that one the telephone or the lamp didn’t work. The people in the room next to
me screamed and fight all night til it time to get up. I tried telling this when I checked out to the dayshift front desk clerk but she seemed overwhelmed and told me since I went through a third party, Expedia, they can check me out but they can’t give me a receipt. She didn’t ask about my stay or anything. Which is a common practice for holiday inn.

Only thing good was it was close to airport.
There were people next door arguing and loud until late in the night and then while I was a sleep, these same people tried to open the door that was between the rooms.

Hotel advertised full restaurant. There was none. Snacks on a shelf near the front door consisted of crackers and soda. Very noisy.

Kitchen was closed so no food, room was very cold and it was below freezing outside, the heater didn’t function properly. No hair dryer in the room either
