Classy place to stay. We had a room next to the elevator and ice machine. The room was so quiet. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! Very clean, great service and the staff, outstanding!

Hot tub has a bad smell , pool looked dirty . Room was clean and comfortable except it was windy a you could hear the gutter outside fluttering against the wall all night . The restaurant food for breakfast was good and all staff was nice .

You’re charging a premium rate for Casper, you should be premium but it is sliding a bit. Mascara on my pillow and bed, change all beds not just the one that appears to have been slept in and your towels are aging time to give customers who are paying 200 plus a night a softer more absorbent and even whiter towel!
