Immediately upon entrance, it smelled heavily of “skunk”. It also smelled as though someone had sprayed strong cologne (and failed) to cover it up. When we arrived to our room, there was a white, crusted stain on the carpet very near the chair. The room was visibly dusty and very dated. The TV did not even have internet capability. We had to use a guide channel to find certain networks, but even that didn’t list the shows or movies. I spoke with a couple other guests at breakfast that stated they also had a poor experience, finding garbage in their room left by previous guests. The mattress was a very old spring bed. My husband and I both woke up with sore necks and backs. The facility is in need of cosmetic updates as well, as the very dated look doesn’t help with the appearance of lack of cleanliness. The hotel refused to provide a printed receipt upon checkout, not a huge deal but I feel they could’ve done it.

Room was not clean and you could see where someone had wiped their fingers on the dust on the tv and desk in the room. Also when we checked in they didn't mention needing to add on for breakfast. When we went down for breakfast they asked us for a card which we didn't know was needed. The lady then went and talked to the front desk and said sorry you didn't purchase breakfast with your stay you can't eat it. Didn't even give us the option to purchase it just said we can't eat it.

Quiet clean convenient

Nice hotel. Firm mattress. Good location for access to KY and Cincinnati.

The bed in our room was not great but the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Great location for a cheaper option than staying downtown.

The keycard maker wasn't working and I had to be taken to my room by a male staff member, when I was alone, at 11:30pm. Felt very unsafe.

Friendly and accommodating staff

The hotel was supreme with good parking and places the eat, right near the cincinnati bridge.

Upon entering our room there was a dirty cleaning towel left on the side of the nightstand. Thanksgiving morning we had no breakfast because apparently the chef didn’t show up and nobody who worked at the hotel care to make us any so I paid extra for a service. I did not receive. Also I was told there was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving. If you can’t accommodate guests on holidays, you should not be open. I should not have been inconvenienced for their lack of staff Very hard to find a place to eat breakfast on Thanksgiving.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms werevery clean!

The facility was easily accessible off the interstate. Food and gas are within one block.

Affordable rate, comfortable room, close to eats, close to downtown Cincinnati. No issues, good hotel.

Amazing hotel

Hotel needs updates to furniture and repainted. The toilet in my room had a drip all night

First room was dirty the ac didn't work the room smelled the hallways smelled like weed. Then the second room was the same but the ac worked in the second room. The area was not safe people all over the place. Would not requirement staying there place needs some major major upgrades

Room was not serviced with no explanation or apology. Beds not made and no towels. Went to desk for fresh towels and said maybe we can get you 2.

The bar and breakfast area are nice. Breakfast options werent good - and empty. Ladies up front were super nice. Maintanance man sucks.
