Holiday Inn Club Vacations TAHOE RIDGE RESORT, an IHG Hotel

We experienced some problems with this hotel last year but decided to give them a second chance, They blew it. We spent 34 minutes in line to check in. The resort advertises modern rooms in their newer buildings on the listings. We were assigned a room in the Naele 12 building, and it looked nothing like what we reserved. It looked right out of a 1950's sitcom, aside from the granite. Take a look at the pics. You have to see it for yourself. Beds were uncomfortable. Cabinets, doors, and wood trim were in rough shape. The carpet had a musty smell. Paint was peeling from the wall in one bathroom. Exterior walkways were poorly lit. The unit was intentionally neglected. We will not return.

We were here to ski Heavenly. Perfect location. Excellent shuttle service although we just walked from our building to Stagecoach lift. Its like a 5 min walk from our building (Cascade). Spacious villa, great amenities. We will come again.

Spacious 1 bedroom (1King bed (Tahoe) type room). We had a very comfortable stay. Great view, cozy fireplace, easy checkin/checkout. Great shuttle service to Heavenly. Overall we had a very good experience.

The road was a little long and far from the city.not really maintained well but they had a bus.the check in line was a little long and than they tried to sell a time share before you got your key

Ridiculously over priced for no amenities. They also entered my room at 8 am when we had a later check out and were extremely loud in the other rooms they were cleaning. I would not recommend nor will we stay there again.

staff was helpful and responsive to inquires and requests. We had a king bed suite in the Terrace bldg. Room was comfortable but had a couple of issues. 1. lightbulb was burned out, 2. no trash receptacle for kitchenette, 3. no toaster in room. Staff was informed and took care of issues.

Furniture falling apart and their response was they were upgrading the building soon and had no hope for us during our 5-day stay.

The view from the hotel is spectacular. The information I was given at the front desk was not up to date. I was notified that we had access to the building's jacuzzi, but it was not in service.

My room had no heat and I froze all night

A nice place to take a ski vacation, good hotel facilities. Have stayed the hotel for 4 years.

This hotel was so beautiful, with a nice view from the balcony to the mountains in front, snow falling and so adorable views. The rooms were big, confortable, with a sofa bed in one room and a bath tub in the other one, which was great for the kid, and they just have everything we needed! The kitchen with all necessary to cook a breakfast, and concecting with dining table and living room, the fire place so cozy and everything was perfect. When we arrived at midnight after long driving on traffic over the mountains, we had some troubles finding the front desk to check in and was so difficult to get up there beacuse was snowing so much and the road was completely white and slippery and driving up was not so good, we have to checked in with the security guard but once we were at our apartment, everything came perfect! I would go back again in next winter! Thank you so much! Thank you so much

great location

It was a awesome resort.

Liked the location/proximity to Stagecoach lift. Hot tub in our building were not working, which was quite disappointing. Pretty old buildings, but IHG in process of updating. Probably won’t stay here again, as was pretty pricey, albeit was NYE pricing.
