More or fluffier pillows. Bed is great , pillows suck. Great staff, amazing restaurant and bar

I never stayed, because my flight was cancelled and I could not get out of Atlanta until 3am on Wednesday Jan 22, getting into Detroit at 5:00 am, then I was going to only have 3 hours before I had to catch my next flight. I called the hotel at around 1:30am on 1/22 to say I need to cancel and they told me i would still be charged for it. have to talk with expedia. They gave me a phone number for expedia and it said the number was no longer was available..I will dispute the bill on my credit card, if I can not get this resolved. This was all due to weather. But the hotel had plenty of rooms available and I did not compromise them not being able to rebook that room for someone else. especially when we are talking about less than 4 hours from when I booked and cancelled.. Disappointed in expedia for not being more available to cancel and take care of this matter.

Nice linens. Shower door did not keep water out of the rest of the bathroom at all. Huge puddles everywhere after. This hotel seems worn out. Thin, stained carpeting, no toilet paper holder. Staff was veryfriendly and helpful.

Property easily accessible from DTW!

Too much airplane noise for us. Need better windows I assume. Wasn't horrible but not the best we've experienced around Detroit airport.

Quick access to airport and many food options close by.

My biggest complaint is that the room wasn’t quite at all. I had a poor a night sleep because the people next door were too loud. Woke me up when they arrived late and then again at 4:00am. Either the walls are too thin or the doors separating the rooms should not be there. Also the room was a bit worn out, the toilet paper holder was falling off from the wall.

The room was great, I’m just not used to the surrounding neighborhood

I had a reservation and a very late flight in. I needed to uber to the hotel which was 5 minutes from the airport. I had two reservations and the attendant took care of the situation. The room was clean and big. My only complaint was not being able to call directly to the hotel.

Our a/c could not be climate controlled. The coffee maker in the room was broken. The coffee in the lobby was lukewarm. There is an airport shuttle.

The customer service was great. The restaurant had good service and food. There was a teen party going on with 10-15 boys and it was loud and uncomfortable we couldn't get to sleep because their room was above ours and they wete jumping around until 1 or 2 in the morning. We gad a 5 am wake up so itvwas terrible.
