Was a great stay!

Bed sheets were dirty and had stains on them .

When we arrived the front door of the property does not open hardly at all so getting your suitcase inside…. Good luck. Arrived at check in. They asked us what brought us to the area. I made it bery clear i was there for business and to have virtual meetings. Get to our room yep you guessed it they put us right next to the construction. Im talking room right next to where the plastic is up blocking off the other half of the hallway. Sat my stuff down and just heard the blaring music and power tools. With a meeting in less than 30 minutes i rushed down to ask to change rooms. Staff gave me a new room and promised it is on the opposite side of the hotel away from the construction. Nope you guessed it same side of the hotel just 2 floors up where they are also doing construction. I had no time to ask to move yet again. It was getting late and just traveled 10 hours will not stay again

They had no hot water!

Our check in was about 1am as our flight was delayed. The site says 24 hour shuttle but when I called for where to get picked up, I was informed it was wrong on the website so my friend and I had to get a taxi ($20.00 for a very short distance). The check in gentleman was nice and got us our room keys so we could get 4-5 hours of sleep. He even offered to take us to the airport to check for a rental car to following morning. I started looking into my room after entering and a long black hair in the shower (I have short grey hair), a hole in the wall beside the toilet, stains on the ottoman and on the lampshade. It looked like they tried to remodel but the sheetrock was cut wrong with holes beside light fixtures and paint drips on switch plates. I will say the bed was very comfortable! I was so exhausted that I went to sleep and continued our travels home early the next morning! I will not stay there again.

It was absolutely bad condition…. There didn’t give me the room that it was on the picture…. They didn’t serve breakfas… It was bad the resepction it was rude…

Place was dirty and noisy.

We ordered 2 beds and a cauch we where 6 persons and the hotel dont had that room

It's close to the highway and convenient for travelers driving their vehicles.

We have stayed here several times as it's convenient to shopping centers and the airport. While they have the worst coffee and really warm elevators because of the excessive lighting in them, we really appreciate the large rooms, amenities and nice staff.

Not notified of price change during my stay by Benjamin at the front desk or anyone else. Charged an extra $300 . Will pass this out along with my confirmed price & what I ended up being charged for without notice at the end of my stay.

Nice and clean

Very very dirty I guess they are remodeling it's very dusty everywhere the sofa bed was disgusting very very dirty as well the air condition control on the wall didn't work floor s. made a lot of noise when you were walking I will never stay there again. Paid about $150 I think you should probably be paying 20
