Front desk employee was accommodating and friendly

Great place to stay in Albany!

The rooms were dirty, if you looked just a little. My employee who had another room had bed bugs in the room. They moved him and I know it’s not their fault but the cleanliness was horrid. Lift up the skirt of the base of the bed and there was garbage on the floor(wrappers and a bottle cap). I have never had problems with this hotel in other areas as I travel for work. This one for the cost compared to other hotels in the area was not where it should have been. 140 a night and we could have found a place for much cheaper that was more clean. I’ve never left a review but we changed hotels and found a Hilton for 130 a night.

This was a nice hotel, probably the best one we've stayed at in Albany. Would be happy to return here. The facility was clean and felt updated/modern. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Nobody at front desk when ariuvrd 8:40 pm .. The toilet was noisy , not working well, the exstra bed the inflated , deflated and broken . Not quite up to par .

We arrived late at night and they were ready for us. Much appreciated when traveling with three kids for long drives.

Always stay here when visiting my parents. It's conveniently located and has a wonderful restaurant next door. The staff is friendly and the included breakfast every morning as a great variety of things to choose from.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before this last visit because it’s clean, in a safe neighborhood, and has a great restaurant next to it. The staff has always been wonderful. This time I paid almost $100 more for just myself and when the girl at front desk asked what was in my little box I told her it was my 6” leopard gecko and that it was too cold to leave her in the car. The clerk wanted to charge me a pet fee even though my pet was in a container where she would spend the night. If I had not already paid $279 for a room that I paid $160 for 2 months ago I would have walked out. I found the clerk to be borderline rude and will certainly second guess whether I should use this hotel again on my yearly trek thru Albany.

Yes, I would stay here again. Clean hotel with convenient fast food places close to the property.
