Holiday Inn Express & Suites AUSTIN - MANOR, an IHG Hotel

Honestly haven’t had a hotel breakfast as good before. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And the property was very clean.

The stay was very nice. No problems, or issues of any kind. There is a very nice car wash near by that I really needed to use. Great restaurant 10 minutes away were my meeting was.

Good location with easy access to nearby cities.

Their breakfast was good and I'm picky. The room design was nice. The room was clean. But the construction is poor and several things were already falling apart. And their tv service would have been so cool... if it had worked. Customer/guest service was wonderful. Water pressure was good.

Loved the front desk staff, big rooms & good workout room. Housekeeping was a bit absent, but it was around new year's.

It was excellent overall but we stayed in a room facing parking lot and another restaurant so it was always loud from the cars and ppl hanging out. But beautiful hotel! Clean and safe area.

The newness and cleanliness was great! Disappointed in the room service only one coffee cup for the morning and after being gone all day and getting in late no one had been to the room to replenish anything….coffee, cups, towels.(no show) Very disappointing!

We were visiting family and will be back. The walking area by the pond was beautiful and convenient. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee.

TV was not working but all else was good. Very clean.

We chose to pay more for an upgraded room (king suite w/shower) and when we arrived for check-in we were told sorry, we don't have that room for you but here's a 2bd queen suite with a tub/shower combo (which I had not chosen when we booked because I recently had surgery and can't step high enough to get into a tub). When we told the girl checking us in that information, she just kept looking at us and saying "but it's still a suite." It was late, we'd been traveling to get there, and were stuck with no choice. After we got up to our room, our AC system wouldn't work and we found pubic hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor, as well as on the floor in the bedroom itself. When we pulled back the covers, we found more hairs as well and assumed they didn't follow through with changing our the bedding from the last guest. We ended up putting our own blanket on top of the duvet & slept on that with no covers. Biggest disappointment we've ever had at a hotel, and we've stayed in many as we are frequent travelers. Save yourself money & a huge hassle and DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. We assumed we'd be getting good quality as a Holiday Inn location, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Very angry.

A lot of negative things to say about this property. First night there, we noticed we had no coat hangers in the closet. We asked for coat hangers every day we were there and none were given to us. The phone in the room didn't work. The staff running the breakfast area didn't know how to run the juice machine; the cranberry juice tasted like water, it was so diluted. The level of caring on the part of the staff was minimal. The only thing good i can say about this property is that it seems fairly new.

we were charged over $500. ! for a 2 night stay that was suppose to only been $133. A NIGHT !! I was NOT happy with this due to the fact i was quoted $133 .. never again will i book with expedia !!! refund my damn money 💰 😡😡😡😡
