Nicest property in town!

Staff was friendly room spacious the only downside was noise level all night kept waking us up. Can’t really blame the hotel though if their guests are respectful

I was there only one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about this place except for the strange smell. Not strong or overpowering. Just musty smell. I do wish they had a blow dryer. Most of the time I use my own but left without it this time. No hotel backup!!

Our first room was extremely dirty. The sheets and bedding were not clean. You could tell they just made up the bed that was previously slept in. The top cover was dirty and when I pulled back the sheets it had hair in the sheets. There was a massive water leak in the ceiling. We were place in another room and there was a massive stain on the floor. We only got two towels and even requested more from the day manager. When we left for the day, the room was not properly cleaned. I asked the cleaning staff and the day manager for the room to be properly cleaned and the bed made. The day manager rolled her eyes at me and was completely rude. Came back to the room and was not properly cleaned after requesting full service and no extra towels. My husband dried himself with a wash cloth because the lack of towels. The night manager and breakfast staff were great. We stayed here last year and it was great. This year it was just gross.

Wonderful customer service! Cindy and Vickie always treat my family like family when we stay. Overall great hotel!

The bed was too high for a handicap person and the handicaps room should be in the 1st floor.

Coffee maker did not work. No dirty clothes bag.

Property was okay. For the area it was above the rest, however there were no linens for the pull out bed> when I tried to call, the phone didnt work. Breakfast was really good, staff was very helpful.

Everything was great

The hotel seemed nice enough and in all the 60 years I’ve been traveling. I’ve never had this happen, but I was eating up by bedbugs. It took over three weeks for all those spots to heal

Front desk and breakfast attendant were wonderful. But the cleaning staff was horrible. I think they were taking out the garbage and putting in new towels and that’s it. They did take the tip money. Never restock soap or coffee or cups. And never made the bed. The bathroom was never cleaned

To start off, the elevator was dirty. The carpet was dirty. The door was dirty once in our room the bathroom was not properly clean. There was something yellow on the shower wall. I had to wipe down the bathroom counter with a disinfecting wipe I had picked this hotel because of prior reviews so I was deeply disappointed.

Great people . The cookies were not what we expected.

The floors throughout were dirty, the towels were thin and hard, and the water pressure was low. The baseboards were dirty, and the beds were way too high off the ground. The hotel was way too expensive for a Holiday Inn. However, the breakfast was great.
