I would like to say thank you to Isabel (front desk clerk). She went out of her way to make it a great experience for my wife and I. She updated my reservation from a regular room to a suit one for the same price. The breakfast had great selection. The cleaning nest and organization of the dining room was superb. In the future, I will be back to stay at the Holiday inn express.

The front desk clerk was very warm and inviting when I checked in. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I remembered her name: Isabella?!? Maybe?!? She needs a raise.

This hotel needs major remodeling. I've never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in this condition. Elevator wasn't working which was a major inconvenience for us. I've stayed at Comfort Inn's much nicer and paid less than this hotel.

It was an okay room , but we got a sofa bed room and it was dirty plus there were no sheets in the room for it I had to go to the front desk to pick them up, there was no pillows for the sofa bed , there was water damage the water from the shower was all over the bathroom floor when showering ,I thought staying at a holiday inn would be good because the past ones are always nice , for $200 it was not worth the stay

This is an old property and they have fixed problem areas like the elevator, paint peeling off walls, and there is a mildew smell. The check in process was easy and the lady was friendly but the checkout process was a whole other story. The attendant would not give me the 4 complementary waters that we are used to receiving at Holiday Inns. She said she could give me one and I would have to buy the other 3.

Property is being used to stage law enforcement. Most of the parking lot is filled with law enforcement vehicles. Customers have to park in the back lot.

The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean. The air conditioner was not the best, but tolerable. Our showers were cold because the water would not warm up.

La recepcionista muy amable muy servicial, el desayuno súper bien servido en todo momento tuvieron de todo y hasta se daban el tiempo de preguntar si necesitaba o buscaba algo más excelente!
El motivo de solo 4 estrellas es porque el cuarto necesita una remodelación, los colchones ya están deformados y sobre todo la tina de baño necesita mucha atención aunque estaba limpia no se veía bien toda parchada

Everything was a disaster, from the shower, the blinds the bathroom sink toilet seat low to the ground to top it off we found hair on the bed, happy I had my own sheets, my daughter shared the bed and my niece slept in the chair, it was a very interesting and stressful situation, we call other hotel and no room was available
