Nice and clean inside and outside.

Like the room layout with a desk/couch and plenty of space

Overall the facilities were good enough to stay in. No real complaints. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Very clean and comfortable with good "hang out space" for spending time with friends.

We had to switch rooms twice in the first night. The first room had a terrible musty smell since there was no ventalation. The second had dead insects on the bed and the window was full of even more dead insects and live mosquitos in the curtains. The third room that we ended up stuck in, had a wet rug from the hvac dripping down the wall and what looked like black mold due to the moisture and lack of air flow. We spoke with the hotel owner, Mr. Sony, the 2nd day and he first offered/showed us a 4th room that was clean and told us to figure out the refund with expedia for the remaining nights since we were not comfortable staying there. Then once we confirmed with Expedia, he took back the offer telling us he had booked the room already (it had been 20 minutes, if that) and since we were dealing with Expedia now he couldnt help us anymore and he had tried everything to make us happy already. Overall, the hotel was dirty and potentially hazardous to our health, and the owner lied straight to our faces. Terrible experience.

Overall great but not quiet. I knew the people that were staying directly above me and I could hear their coffee percolator in the morning. This surprised me for a newer hotel.

Beautiful room, love the lighting. The elevator sounded scary tho lol but over all I loved my stay.

Quiet and close parking

I was disappointed when i tried to check in. No one was at the desk, there was no bell to ring to get service, and i waited a few minutes. When no one showed up, i went outside and waited in my car for about 15 minutes. When i went back in, there was still no one there. I decided to call the hotel from inside the lobby, and as i dialed, someone came to check me in. I liked the clean, new rooms, and the hot beeakfast. I enjoyed one evening hanging out in the pool. I will give them another try!

Pretty good. Our tub didn’t drain properly. Also, carpet in general areas is need of replacement.

Can't go wrong with Holiday Inn. The only issue is with the room we were staying in had some outlets not working, including the USB ones (i.e. it is very loose when you try plugging into them)

I wish there would have been napkins or utensils to use after the breakfast for delivery meals since there was no restaurant on premises. Wish there would have been a hot top. otherwise it was comfortable.
