Friendly front desk at check in.

This hotel is right off interstate, convenient for a night during a long trip. However our experience during this stay was not pleasant. Our bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, I saw smeared red color on the floor between the counter and the toilet. Although the standard check out time was 11am next morning, and we had the no-disturb sign hang out at our door, still, a female staff member choose to ignore the sign and kept Ed knocking at our door around 9:35 am to wake us up. I thought it was next door so we didn’t open our door; then s few minutes later she came back and kept Ed knocking at our door again!! We opened the door asked what the urgency since we have the non-disturb sign out side, she told us “I just want to know if you guys have checked out yet”. We checked in around mid-night after a whole day’s driving with a baby, and have another whole day’s driving next next day. This staff member’s action is unacceptable. I believe the professional approach would be ask your front desk colleague first, or at least wait until after the check out time.

All the staff were nice and I appreciate them working the holidays. My room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Trash was left from previous guest and side tables had stuff that should have been wiped down. Dining area was clean and maintained.

The room had a walk in shower which we prefer. However the ceiling exhaust vent in the bathroom was blowing in cold air which had the odor of methane gas. The Fire Department should check this out. We will probably not stay at this H.I.E. hotel again. The road outside the hotel is so busy, it’s almost impossible to exit the hotel during the day, or during rush hour. They don’t make it clear how to reach the front desk from the room phone. When we checked out, a person said, “I think by pressing zero”. The phone did not show this at all.

Doors to the room had to be push hard in order to close it. Front desk lady not nice and it’s sad because I have stayed there quite a few times. I will have to reach out to manager.

Pull out sofa/bed - pulled out, bed not made. No sheets or pillow anywhere in the room... Shower - NO HOT WATER!!! Cmon, really????. Breakfast at 9:00 - out of bacon, out of eggs - REALLY?

We had a great stay, the property was clean. The rooms were clean and nice. Had a pretty good breakfast

Nice hotel but breakfast was a disappointment. Breakfast can be way better.

Shower draining was very slow due to being clogged by hair. The GM male at front desk was not friendly but other front desk staff were great.

Quite and safe

This hotel was just 34 minutes to the Clemson campus, so we appreciated the proximity. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Would stay here again and suggest to other parents!

Nice place.

We always stay at this particular hotel when we have to come to Greenville for my dad’s doctors appointments. The only negative is trying to get to the hotel because there’s no traffic light for when people are exiting the interstate. That’s the only negative we have to say. The hotel is impeccable otherwise.

Only stayed one night but my family had a great nights sleep in a very clean room. Staff was excellent and breakfast was amazing.
