## Short Review of My One-Night Stay I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel! The check-in male staff was incredibly friendly, and my room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The only downside was the shower pressure could have been stronger, and the hot water a bit hotter. However, the hotel's walkable proximity to the mall and a variety of nearby dining options more than made up for it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast because it didn’t start until 7am (Sunday). My daughter and I did visit the workout room and discovered it to be more than adequate with lots of free weights and a variety of ellipticals for a nice workout I would definitely stay here again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice and cozy place.

Just stayed one night. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. No foul odors. They had a full breakfast available Christmas morning. It’s very close to the outlet mall. I will stay there again.

Can not fault this Hotel. Quick friendly check in, spacious room, great selection at breakfast. Can't wait to go back! Bonus is that it is a short walk across the carpark to the Premium Outlets.

We arrived to a staff that was very friendly and professional. The room was fine until we got to the area of the toilet. There was a booger smeared on the wall, assuming from the guest beforehand. The room smelled very strongly of bleach. That could be a good thing when it makes you feel like the room was actually cleaned. We went downstairs for cookies later in the evening as the staff was switching over and the income staff was just as wonderful. We think this situation with the yucky stuff in the bathroom was an anomaly. Our stays before were fine.

Area is nice. Lots of things to do close by. It is a very busy area.

CAUTION: Hot water temp at the room fixtures was poor. It was only 100 degrees F which is far below the minimum temp of 122 degree F specified by OSHA and the CDC for disease control. Morning showers started out only warm and cooled off within a few minutes. A hot shower was impossible to have. This also occurred during my previous stay a few weeks earlier, but I was there for only one day and did not complain or report it. But this stay was for a week. I reported it and they sent a maintenance guy who spoke absolutely no English. We had to communicate using a translation app on his phone. His response was to increase the hot water temperature for only my end of the floor my room was on. The water temp did improve, increasing from 100 degrees F to 110 degrees F. That was better, but still fails to meet the CDC and OSHA minimum temp of 122 degrees F. Don't stay here unless you like cold showers.

Check in with smooth and nice. My room was clean and neat and odor free! Very pleasant stay in this room.

Disappointing late afternoon desk service. Have used this hotel before. Normally not an issue. Preferred previous staff. Always greeted and treated well. This time felt as if I was interrupting something more important

The staff was amazing 😍 They tended to us several times and were awesome every time. The breakfast was decent, it was very clean.

Parking lot is only accessible from the mall parking lot, took us over an hour the day after thanksgiving to get to out hotel. There is a back entrance to the hotel and there could be a path for guests set up from the gas station to the hotel or something. Was told this was going to be a problem both friday and saturday which really isnt acceptable. Decent hotel otherwise.
