The staff during my stay was TOP notch! She was attentive and polite. She took pride in her work. They ALL did! My room was clean. The breakfast was fabulous! The room was spacious enough, but my air didn't seem to work appropriately. 🙃 I was only in my room to sleep, so I didn't report it.

We have stayed here 3 times total so far and have been very very pleased with our overall stay each time.
I will always give it 5 stars!
The only downfall, and this is because of MY OWN preference, the beds are firm. I personally like a soft plush bed and so does my husband but that’s the only thing we don’t love..but like I said, that’s just our preference.

My air didn’t want to work and I had to really mess with it for it to finally work. The halls smelled like cigarettes. Also the staff messed the room numbers up for someone who needed extra linens and they were banging on my door at 11pm. Scared me to death.
The property was right next to what we were in town for and was okay enough for us to stay 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend for long stays. Overall okay.

Strong smell, I cannot figure what type of smell it is, also I didn’t know this hotel is a shelter as well. Would’ve be better to know this from before you booking. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable bed as well.

overall, not bad. but there were 2 disappointing points. milk served in the breakfast felt like not fresh, I couldn't continue having the meal. the other was coffee maker in the room didn't work well.

The rooms were not up to par at all. The smell was horrendous and the dust was thick. The staff was very nice but that stay was anxiety filled. We had to do a deep clean & disinfect the room. The smell was long lasting though, as if the carpet hadn’t been cleaned and someone/something urinated on it frequently.

Stayed here several times going back to 2019 and the room condition has greatly deteriorated. Hair dryer and room phone did not work, shower faucet and lever control were loose in the stall wall. Room was not very clean.
Won't be going back.

Well the water never actually got hot at all. And bathroom separated from the sink was just stupid and inconvenient. The front desk rep was EXTREMELY nice and courteous. But because the facility is understaffed you have to get extra towels or irons yourself. Because there was no ironing supplies in the rooms or enough towels. The rooms are spacious but the intense smell of fabuloso screams unclean and a cover up.

I stayed here because they listed an EV vehicle charger for an amenity. When I went to charge, I noticed the charging cable had been cut on 1 charger and the other just didn't work. Had I known they didn't work, I would have stayed somewhere else.
My room smelled like body odor and weed. It was disgusting and unbearable. I wish I had changed hotels it was so bad. The rooms are not kept up well. And the area felt unsafe.
