The hotel was great on adjusting and finding rooms after only one of three rooms was sent over from the site. Wasn’t happy with the booking being messed up, Hotels.com did refund pretty promptly and customer service was great

When I entered the room, the temperature was 60 degrees. Three hours later, after adjusting the thermostat, it was 61 degrees. Due to the lack of heat, I ended up checking out after staying four hours. The hotel would not refund my money.

Not much you can do about being on the main road that didnt have crosswalks. There is a missing spa drain cover on the floor of the spa in the pool area. Its a little dangerous.

Overall it was what I expected from Holliday Inn, which is good.
I will say the AC seemed to have a mind of its own sometimes leaving the room cold or warm despite the temp setting.
