We enjoyed our very short time at the Holiday Inn Express-Louisville East. The bed was firm (love that!), the shower was good, and the room temperature was perfect and responded well to changes. Our room was clean and spacious and I loved all the bathroom counter space, which is pretty uncommon these days. Will definitely stay here again.

It was nice and the breakfast was good. Or sheets when we got there had a little blood on the sheets

The property is very clean. Several things close by. Very quiet. Enjoyable stay.

Our room was nice and clean. There door hanger sent an unclear message. They say “Not Ready YET” we took our door hanger off when we left our room. When we returned, housekeeping did not come in. We stopped at the front desk to get clean towels and told them that no one cleaned our room. She said if we put our sign on our door, housekeeping would not come back to clean. Not Ready YET does not mean we don’t want our room cleaned. It means, not YET. When we asked for 4 towels for the 2 of us, we were told that we could not get that many for 2 people. We could only get 1 per person. I was shocked to hear that and told her that I use 2 towels. My husband said he would just use 1 and we got 3 towels. I’ve never heard of a hotel only allowing 1 towel per person. That is ridiculous

There was a flood on the 4th floor directly above us - which poured in to our bath and in front of our door in the hallway. We had to move to another hotel (without assistance from hotel staff!) I am still waiting on the refund for our stay that we were promised. Can you please assist?

On the last day of my stay we had very much inconvenient to stay as there were sprinkles in the hotel room that started with the alarm at 12 midnight I need a refund for a 1 day stay

I didnt like the fact that there were bigger trucks one big box truck that took up six spaces the semi parking out front taking up 3-4 spaces. these customers shouldve been told to park out in the farther back area of parking lot. The smaller car/trucks should get the closer parking instead of them taking up so much room and parking spaces.

The staff were awesome. the bed was very comfortable.

It was quiet, but limited for parking close to the door. Otherwise, comfortable and clean.
