It's s clean, and very well run hotel, with comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. There's a lot of kids because of the pool being such a beneficial factor for families, but it wasn't an issue for us at all. Room was quiet. One issue was there not being enough room in the parking lot to park due to the snow and people parking kind of half hazardly, taking up more than a single spot.

this hotel is a hidden gem! the staff were sooo friendly, the pool was PERFECT (really! not too cold!), the rooms were large and so comfy, the breakfast was very good, love the fact that there one could have food delivered; it was such a perfect little getaway!

Staff was polite and fast. Rooms clean and comfortable. We enjoyedthe pool and hot tub. Kids were very excited. We all had the best time. Thank you so much for all our new family memories.

Overall I really like the hotel. Just a couple of things that could be resolved. The elevator was out of service in the wing we stayed. Also my daughter said the pool water was cold.

Nice hotel with pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance.. very noixy as its off thr I90 and yiu can hear trafgic all nught.

I chose this to Hotel because of the pool and water related amenities as a stop on long roadtrip with 2 pre-teens. They loved the pool and water slide. The hot tub wasn't as hot as I hoped, and no bubbles, but It wasnt that import. Its not as if I had gone there for a spa day just a comfortable stop on a long roadtrip. I did enjoy the Sauna! Nice Perk. The breakfast was nice and many choices. Friendly staff.

As always a great place for an overnight! Staff are the best!! Never any problems, always a safe bet and a restaurant nearby with amazing liver and onions!!
This trip had a single problem, but had nothing to do with staff - boil water alert - so no coffee in the morning. Otherwise, breakfast was, as always, delicious and filling. Thank you everyone!

Overall it was a nice place. BUT, i tend to choose my hotels for the amenities- specifically pool/ hot tub. This place has 2 pools. One is a lap pool for adults, the other is more of a pool/splash pad/slides for kids. Guess where the hot tub was? So i shared it with a dozen 5 yo's, and it was NOT hot. The air in the room was also COLD. Im told because it was cold outside, but I've never experienced this, even in the cheapest places.
